- Masukkan jagung pipil, lalu tambahkan tomat yg telah diblender, masak sebentar smp sedikit kental. Tambahkan 400ml air kaldu (400ml air+¼sdt kaldu), masukkan saos tomat, gula pasir, garam dan merica lalu masak ±30menit sampai air benar-benar menyusut. Koreksi rasa.
- Saos bechamel: panaskan sauce pan, masukkan margarin/mentega, tambahkan terigu aduk cepat agar tidak gosong. Dlm 3 tahap masukkan susu cair, aduk sampai rata lalu beri bumbu. Masak hingga sedikit kental. Koreksi rasa.
- Penyelesaian: potong lembar lasagna sesuai wadah, letakkan lembar pertama di dasar, tambahkan saus bolognese, beri sedikit saos bechamel (tdk perlu menutupi seluruh permukaan), masukkan layer kedua lasagna, tambahkan saos bolognese lagi lalu saos bechamel, ratakan hingga menutupi seluruh permukaan agar pasta tidak kering. Saya buat 2 layer krn wadah tdk tinggi, terakhir beri keju quickmelt dan sejumput parsley.
- Panggang di oven yg telah di panaskan (saya 160°) selama 20menit api atas bawah, lalu 10menit api atas. Lasagna siap disajikan.
